JPCUP terms of use shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event any dispute related to this Site, service, or these terms between the user and NIAD-QE arises, the dispute shall be addressed in good faith, working for a resolution that is satisfactory to both parties. Where a resolution is not reached through the above means and a judicial decision is desired, the Tokyo District Court of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
