The National Institution for Academic Degrees and Quality Enhancement of Higher Education (NIAD-QE) has established a Steering Committee for Japanese College and University Portraits (JPCUP). The Steering Committee discusses how to manage JPCUP. NIAD-QE provides a platform for initiatives common to national, public and private universities and colleges.
