Main Campus	Yamayashiki Campus 1, Yamayashiki-machi, Joetsu-shi,Niigata-ken 943-8512, Niigata Google Map Schools: College of Education Joetsu City has diverse geographical features including plains, mountains, and coasts with beautiful sights and a variety of natural environments, such as a quasi-national park and prefectural natural parks. In this region, four seasons are clearly recognized: a lot of snowfall in winter due to seasonal winds from the continent; the areas excluding the coasts are areas of heavy snowfall that is famous in Japan.
