①The “Resilient Smart City Program” aims to enhance human resources to play an active role in cities’ resilience and environmental issues. The program provides high quality courses dealing with resilience against serious disasters including those which are intensified by climate change.

②Leadership for ASEAN Marine Environments and Resources Program is sponsored by the scholarship program of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan (MEXT). This program is, with our long-accumulated experience on subtropical marine sciences, dedicated not only to foster future leaders capable of contributing to the conservation of marine environments and resource management of marine life, but also to enhance international cooperation in response to both SDG #14 (“Life Under Water”) and the growing demand for managing economic development and conservation of marine environments in ASEAN countries.
